2. Overview
This website consists of static pages. We use optional Google Analytics statistics only with your consent. Fonts and images are served from our own web space. The Google analytics script loads only after you allow statistics; we use no advertising services. Background videos load from soundstarstudios.de when you open the homepage. Your IP address and technical connection data are transmitted to the server delivering the video. The map only loads after your click.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Neue Medien Münnich (ALL-INKL.COM), Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. According to the host, its servers are located exclusively in data centres in Germany. The host processes the data solely to provide and secure the hosting.
When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, amount of data transferred, status code, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is delivering the website and keeping it secure. The retention period of these server log files is determined by the host; the data is not analysed for any purpose other than the operation and security of the website.
4. Cloudflare (delivery and protection of the website)
We use services of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Traffic to this website is routed through Cloudflare’s network (content delivery network and protection against attacks). Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical connection data in particular. To fend off automated attacks, the cookie cf_clearance may be set. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, for the cookie, Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.
Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. A data processing agreement with Cloudflare (Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum) is part of its terms of use. Privacy information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy (external website).
5. Contact by email and phone
The email and phone links only open your own email program or phone app. We receive data only once you write to us or call us. We then process your details, for example name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or steps prior to entering into one, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering your request. We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
We use Google Workspace for email; the provider for customers in Europe is Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland.
6. Theme setting and cookies
The website starts dark. The theme switch only changes the current page; our website code uses neither cookies nor localStorage for this. The mobile menu does not save your choice either. You can delete older theme entries by clearing the website data in your browser.
Cookie information
Optional Analytics cookies are used only after you allow statistics. Cloudflare may use technical security cookies as described above. The Cookies button in the footer lets you change or withdraw your statistics consent at any time. The map loads only after a separate click.
Background videos load directly from soundstarstudios.de without a YouTube or Vimeo player and start muted. Delivery processes your IP address, browser information and access time. The legal basis for delivering our media content is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You choose whether to enable sound or open the full-window view.
Apple Music previews – only after your click
Release covers are served from our own web space. Previews load only when you choose “Play preview” for a track. Your browser then connects to the Apple server audio-ssl.itunes.apple.com, which receives your IP address, browser information and time of access. Our preview player does not connect to Apple before your click. This choice is not stored and is separate from statistics consent. “Remove preview” removes the audio source; reloading the page also resets the choice. Further information: Apple Music & Privacy. Streaming links open the respective service in a new tab only after your click.
Deezer previews – only after clicking Play
For selected catalogue tracks, pressing Play requests a current preview address through our server from Deezer. Your browser then loads the audio from cdnt-preview.dzcdn.net. The audio provider receives your IP address, browser information and request time. No Deezer audio is requested before you press Play. You can pause playback at any time; reloading the page removes loaded audio sources.
YouTube videos – only after clicking
The video links in our release catalogue can open a player overlay on this website. YouTube loads only when you click “watch here”. The player is supplied by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, through www.youtube-nocookie.com. Loading transmits your IP address, browser information, the requested video and access time to Google. Playing or interacting with the video may involve cookies or other browser storage and processing in the USA. The click gives your consent for this video (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; where browser storage is used, Section 25(1) TDDDG). We do not store this choice. Closing the overlay removes the player and stops playback. This is separate from your Google Analytics choice. Alternatively, you can open the video directly on YouTube. Further information: Google privacy policy ↗.
Google Analytics – only with your consent
If you select “Allow statistics”, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data includes pages visited, access time, referrer, browser and device information, approximate region and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Your IP address is processed for technical transmission. We do not send names, email addresses or phone numbers as custom analytics parameters. Query parameters and fragments are removed from the page addresses we send.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Before consent, the Google analytics script does not load and no Analytics measurements are sent to Google. Rejecting statistics does not restrict website use. Google Signals, advertising personalization and advertising consent are disabled.
Analytics uses the cookies _ga and _ga_… for recognition and session assignment; we limit their lifetime to 180 days. Your decision is stored under s3ps-statistics-consent-v1 in this domain’s local browser storage for 180 days so that we can respect it (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Choices apply separately to each website and browser. If storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page.
You can withdraw consent for the future through “Cookies” in the footer at any time. We stop further measurements, remove accessible Analytics cookies for this domain and reload the page if measurement was previously active. Withdrawal does not retrospectively delete data already sent. User- and event-level detail data is retained in Analytics for two months; aggregated standard reports are not covered by this period.
Google’s processing may involve transfers to the USA. Google provides information about the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Further information: Google’s use of data from partner websites, Google’s data processing terms and Google’s privacy policy.
7. OpenStreetMap map, only after a click
In the location section we first show only a map image stored on our own web space (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors); this does not create any connection to OpenStreetMap. Only when you click “Load map” does your browser load a map from OpenStreetMap. The provider is the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. Your IP address, date and time, browser information and the map view shown are transmitted to its servers in particular.
The legal basis is your consent given by the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). The consent only applies to the current page view; we do not store it. You end the connection with “Remove map” or by reloading the page. An adequacy decision of the European Commission exists for the United Kingdom (Art. 45 GDPR). Privacy information of the OpenStreetMap Foundation: osmfoundation.org (external website).
8. External links
The “Plan route” link opens Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in a new tab. No data is transmitted to Google before the click. With the click you leave our website; from then on Google’s privacy policy (external website) applies. The same applies to links to other websites, such as our sister brand.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). An email to [email protected] is enough for any request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, lda.bayern.de (external website).
